2nd hopes to be a situational player first year with great upside, and starter year 2
3rd hopes to be a diamond in the rough, with chances to push the guys ahead of him, development as a situational year 2, possible starter year 3, and a special teams participatn

I haven't looked all of Tutu's videos.
I really have serious doubts about his overall value, and he's definitely a situational / rotational player with packages designed for him. Perhaps, he lights the field up (would adore that,) more likely he's a decoy on many of the snaps he enjoys. More touches as the year progresses.
