Fisher had more power than Snead, however, now I believe it's a collaborative effort, with Les Snead making the selections. Let's keep in mind that Snead has been responsible for the total reorganization of the Rams scouting department both on the college & pro player personnel side. Snead recognized the value Holmes brought to the table and gave him additional responsibilities, which led to his hiring in Detroit.

By far Les Snead has been the best Rams General Manager since Don Klosterman and although I'm not in agreement with some of the selections in this draft, overall the Rams have been very good and I'm willing to let this play out before I continue to question Atwell's selection.
