I saw a little of him and my reaction was this: good size (5'-10" 217 lbs. ) good contact balance, hard to bring down, good not great speed. Very little wiggle, stiff. Won't make defenders miss. Good pass catcher with natural hands.
Then he shows up at his pro day at 200 lbs, trained for speed and ran a 4.38.
So why weird? It's weird because he could have made his bones being a 3rd down back that catches passes, had the size to pass protect and use his toughness to pick up short yardage.
But now, he is a bit light for pass pro, can still catch passes, but at 200 lbs, forget the short yardage thing.
And I don't care how fast he is now, he will still lack wiggle because he just isn't that type of athlete. So now you have a stiff, bulldozer that lacks the bulk to bulldoze. But is a nifty pass catcher.
I'd put him in day 3. After round 4. Oh and if I draft him, I'm making him put on 20 lbs and make him a pile moving pass catching option on 3rd downs.
