An in house OL playing center in essentially a prove you can do it situation.
Starting a rookie center.
Picking up someone's castoff center but that has all but dried up at the moment (Reiter?)

Wow I'm just a naive fan that doesn't follow the performance of Blythe over the last two seasons and I simply want a change even if it means taking a step back..

I agree with the Rams reasons to not resign Blythe even at the discount he moved on from.
