Their grades also do not account for severity of failure and that elevates guys like Blythe who are backups because they get blown up. I don't want to bash on Hill he stepped up and had a really good season. But if you watch him snap to snap he's still the same guy with better players and calls around him. The risk with Floyd is that he took a while to figure things out so is he going to be a guy who puts his feet up with the big contract. But in terms of his game tape he is head and shoulders over Hill in fact to even draw a comparison between the two is like wearing a kick me sign back in high school days on your back. And Johnson is a whole different deal. That was a business decision driven by their investment with three picks in the previous two drafts who are young players and on this roster right now. PFF lacks that feel for roster building and for good reason all they do is grade snaps and even that has a ton of problems and shortfalls.
