Maybe not on a hot seat, but you are mistaken to think there is no pressure after a move like that


McVay is under the most pressure as this trade has his signature on it....Snead was just following orders


Stafford is under pressure to prove to many of us that he can at least do what Goff did in getting us to a Super Bowl....If he fails to clear the bar set by Goff in winning an NFC Championship this trade will look like a huge failure to many....maybe not to you, but I know quite a few life long Rams fans who will see it that way.



Articles like this aren't written if there was no pressure on McVay and Mathew


I have faith they can stand the pressure and make us all very happy with a trophy or two
