We went into FA looking for a speed WR. Whether Jackson still fits the bill (age, injuries) is a question. Reynolds was not really used in that role for the rams. Whereas his PFF draft preview had him as a deep threat they said he took time to build up speed. He also timed at 4.53 at the combine So with Woods, Kupp, and Van Jefferson, I am not sure that Reynolds added the elements that the staff was looking to diversify the WR core. If Jackson can hold up and has not lost too much speed with age this may work out. However, we may be getting him too late.
