Good catch, RFS69! Hill must have signed after that article went to press.
The Rams can't get any more than 4 FA comp picks no matter how many guys they lose. BUT, with 5 guys qualifying for comp picks the Rams could sign a FA that cancels one of these guys out and
still get those 4 comp picks. (And as LU93 pointed out, the Rams also get a 3rd round comp pick for Detroit's hiring of Brad Holmes.)
The Rams might not sign anyone else, but this opens the door a little bit more in my eyes.
