He opened up the offense, he had some decent production, he helped the team get to the playoffs for the first time in forever, and he got a huge offer rumored to be in the $13-$15M range from the Rams. Problem is, KC had a $16M offer.

Why would the Rams offer $13-$15M if he "didn't work out"?
