Rams didn’t use franchise tag this year. Right move? YES!

The lowering of the cap Bull @#$%& that the NFL owners agreed on because of Covid and empty seats was a money scam imo.

I will always believe the owners should've simply kept the cap the same as it was prior to the 2020 season.

Lowering the cap made my stomach turn regardless of how much cap money the Rams might have if they kept the cap the same or barely increased it a few million dollars.

Teams like the Rams with cap issues would be a bit foolish to use the franchise tag this offseason on a player unless he was a young game changing future hall of fame player.

No UFA's on the Rams were worth the franchise tag imo so I can't complain too much.

I will never believe the NFL owners needed to lower the cap this offseason.

Worst case scenario, they should have kept the salary cap the same as last year and possible given it a small increase.

The owners are already filthy rich. I will never agree with their reasons for reducing the cap... No Way smiley
