Despite some concerns that the Rams have a big cap problem, they've always been deft and forward looking about the money and have done quite well even when on the surface it looked pretty dicey.
They have at least 2 players, 3 really (AD, Ramsey and Stafford), and maybe another player or two that they can comfortably restructure (Higbee, Woods) without overly worrying about them being a problem of declining play around the corner. I still think we're going to see some players asked to take a cut (Brockers and Havenstein come to mind) in order to stay. More because of the coming player release blood bath than the Rams being caught in a tight corner (which apparently they say they're not). And, their draft class isn't going to be expense since they have no firsts and only 1 second rounder.
