For example....QB's should not count against the cap, PERIOD. Then, you also get your TOP 3 players as well.

Thus, You get Stafford and our next 2 QB's PLUS, AD, Ramsey and another player.

The idea is simple....These players do not count against the CAP....They are paid in a seperate "account" by the team. This allows teams to keep the GREAT players that they actually drafted, so you don't lose them. That's the reward for drafting very well!
