It doesn't make sense because this trade idea is an overpay by the Rams.
According to what I'm reading, the Ravens will get a 3rd round pick or 2nd at most for Orlando Brown.
The trade value for Kupp alone is probably a 2nd and possibly a late 1st. With the way his contract is structured, his new team would be getting a near-elite WR for around an unheard-of $10M per year.
The trade value for Hav should be in the 4th through 5th range.
If the Rams want Orlando Brown they should just send a 2nd or 3rd, whichever is necessary. If they need to trade Kupp and Hav to free up salary it would be better to make those separate deals with another team.
That's why this proposal doesn't make sense.
Beyond that, I wouldn't trade for Orlando Brown. He's a very good RT who wants to be traded so he can play LT and get paid like a LT. Problem is, he hasn't proven himself at LT in the NFL. That's not the type of OT that I immediately want to pay $18M for. I'd pass!
