Last year they announced all the changes on February 12th, with now being they need an OL Coach too, it will take a little longer. They will not have trouble filling the positions and I would rather them take their time, do their due diligence in order to hire the best applicants. They already announced Morris & DeCamillis, so like last year with Thomas Brown, it's just going to take a bit more time.
