Guaranteed money is guaranteed money. Whether we pay now or later - it hits the cap at some point. I am not excited about paying guys that can't stay on the field.
We need to be building for this year and beyond - not renting a few aging players here and there hoping one of them makes a difference.
Otherwise we could have Jackson, JJ Watt, Zach Ertz and a lot of guys who haven't been productive or healthy since 2018 - eating up our cam. To what end?
