But he's so old with injury history building, do you really want to throw away a younger guy for a 1 year guy? The deep threat IMO is not so dire we need to look at as many as possible to fill it. Hopkins has some giddy up as far as what's written, Matt loves TE use....IMO if you go deep threat get Jones from Det. Matt has him in his pocket already.
Get someone in the draft who at least will be cheap for 4 years....Get Hopkins up to speed for deep seam routes, stuff like that. We are not so dire for help to have to stoop to getting anyone and everyone to fill that spot. I don't see Jackson as any type upgrade even if we had no one to begin with.....
