OFFENSIVE LINE COACH OF THE YEAR
Winner: Chris Morgan, Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta's O-line turnaround was astonishing; the Falcons went from our 26th ranked unit in 2014 to fourth this year, without spending ridiculously in free agency or making a splash in the draft. Regardless of cost, three new players had to be integrated, and that is a difficult task in itself. In the end, both tackles improved markedly over their previous season, and both new guards meshed well, too.
First runner-up: Mike Tice, Oakland Raiders
Second runner-up: Bill Callahan, Washington Redskins

It looks like Morgan is going to the Steelers to be the Assistant OL coach. Becoming the primary OL coach is a promotion but I don't know if he can interview for a promotion in the same offseason that he was hired.

Report: Steelers Hire Former Falcons O-Line Coach as Assistant
The Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly filled their assistant offensive line coaching position.
NOAH STRACKBEINFEB 5, 2021
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers are hiring former Atlanta Falcons offensive line coach Chris Morgan as their assistant o-line coach, according to The Athletic's Mark Kaboly.
Morgan served as the o-line coach for the Falcons from 2015 to 2020 before being let go. Prior to Atlanta, he spent time with the Oakland Raiders, Washington Football Team (2011-2013) and the Seattle Seahawks in 2014. He was also the run coordinator for the Falcons.
Morgan will coach under newly promoted offensive line coach Adrian Klemm. Klemm spent the last two years as the Steelers assistant before replacing Shaun Sarrett. Sarrett was one of three coaches who's contracts were not renewed this offseason.
