Everyone is under the same cap issues, those with a lot of cap space...just look at their records for the most part and see why. The RAMS would still be up against it even with a normal year their just super tight now. Like Rock said why the media asserts they have no idea what they are doing, they are in trouble is nonsense. IMO having superior people in certain positions can alter those problem issues more then some want to acknowledge.
