It isn't....not in any amount of depth. It's about a very dysfunctional environment where they literally give million and millions away, draft capital and team depth....then point at a player like it's their fault.

Bottom line for me: I wish we had more stable and responsible leadership. It's one thing to admit a mistake....quite another to repeat the mistake multiple times and look for someone to blame it on.
