I've read the comments below regarding Silver as a friend of Goff.....but he pulls no punches about how McVay handled this and thinks Snead was 'ridiculous' in how he handled it.
In addition, he goes on to comment on how several other football people, from coaches to GM's to player, view McVay's offense and how much blame Goff has taken. Apparently.....'gasp!'......not everyone thinks it's Goff......I recommend watching it (it was just on live and concluded). There is much skepticism on McVay's offense.....and Silver goes on to share this comes from NFL people, not 'social media experts'......
The other gentlemen (missed his name) says he contacted a DC in the NFC West and said 'they got a bigger arm' but says the offensive line is built for play action and boot legs......Stafford will require more drop back, in the pocket passing and he doesn't know what that means for the Rams....eluded to the OL not being particularly built for Stafford.
Don't shoot the messenger, I recommend you find the segment where possible if you didn't see it.
