I agree with pretty much everything you wrote.

But the part you mentioned about the failed contracts needs to be emphasized.

If there is one area that Rams management is seriously subpar in it is how they handle extensions.

And from what I've read over the years it's not just Snead. It's a team wide philosophy that Demoff has talked about. They've decided as a team to risk paying people earlier than they deserve to save money down the road. But it seems the strategy is failing.

Hope they reconsider how they handle contracts.
