That is the exact issue, you make it sound as though it was just 1 play, it was that play and many more added on. It's like you look at his turnovers and you group them to make them seem of lesser importance.....The fact is it was 1 play spoken about, yes it was, it was also a play that in the game mattered, we needed that 1st down, he could have gotten and he didn't. Why do you try and make his 38 turnovers over 2 years look like it's not really that big an issue.....I can't say everyone of those turnovers cost us a game, but I can say they sure put a big damper on many of those loses.
When you are in a division the likes of we play you better keep mistakes to the lowest possible. When you go against the likes of the packers/saints you better be able to score points, even a #1 defense can use some help with those high scorers.....18 points in 2 straight games in the playoffs isn't getting you far....and really in those 2 games the offense was responsible for a mere 27.....that's even worse...less than 14 a game!
