IMO you must consider what and who was around both as well, not just the stats. IMO Jared had much more available to him, yet they have very similar numbers. To me it kinda shows better for Matt over Goff, if they have similar stats what would those stats look like if the 2 had switched teams much earlier...
My opinion as well....physically, Matt's arm is stronger. Mentally, Matt is will to take the difficult throw, he is more the gunslinger
