I have to agree with you overall. I'm shocked at the price.

So two things are pretty clear to me:

1) Rams fans, including me, absolutely overvalued Goff's value. And worse? The league sees Goff with that contract as a liability.
2) League insiders apparently value Stafford more than we realized.
