Every one of these coaches that leave (minus Bones) has left for a promotion, which A) should come with more money and
get you closer to that coveted HC job.
Even if they get stuck at run game coordinator or offensive coordinator or whatever, at least its better than assistant OL coach or BDs coach or whatever. Its a vertical move.
Could McVay rub some coaches the wrong way? Sure. Not everyone gets along with everyone else. Esp when the relationship goes from passing acquaintance to working full time with a guy who is now your boss. But Morris sure jumped at the opportunity to work again with McVay (or under McVay) so I'm not so sure McVay is that hard to work for or with.
