No one can say for sure.....but Clay Matthews and Todd Gurley weren't waxing poetic.
Business or not....there is a better way to cut ties. Tossing your QB under a bus after a down season isn't a good look. Especially after almost winning two playoff games with a busted throwing thumb. I'm not going to try to explain how it could have been handled so much better than this.......life experience tells me not everyone has the gift of ending things gracefully.
