I'm not a cap guy so I don't have a strong handle on all the if's on that. But I think moving him will bring some draft value back.

Only way I could see them cutting him is if teams around the league think he's a bust. But that is unlikely. Just look at Bradford and how many shots he got. Goff has done some really good things to include the most important metric which is wins. So they'll be able to move him IMO.
