Re: Rams a ticking time bomb on their hands... Dude.... TTBomb?

Lots of thoughts here. First, AD got hurt before the last big game and wasn't a factor. The D was nowhere near the same without him. In fact, we go NO sacks. While Ramsey and the rest are all good players without that initial inside rush which throws QBs off their play Rodgers could do basically anything he wanted. Second, Goff played a really good game. This was after getting his thumb in his throwing hand broken and repaired very recently. In the cold. In a big playoff game. Against a very good defense. I think our weakest spot is our center. Blythe knows the right calls and is a good technician but gets overwhelmed. We need a bigger stronger guy there. Losing Edwards also hurt us a ton. Whit wasn't 100 percent either. He was gutting it out heroically. We were without Kupp who is our QB's favorite target. We were without Hendu so our 1b RB was out. On D, we are AD and then a bunch of good players. Ramsey can be considered great too and Floyd looked great all year. Williams was terrific at the other CB spot. JJ led the team in tackles. We have talent there. But, in reality, we have one DL, 3 DBs, and 1 LB. The other guys not so great. And if you want to blame the loss on one player I think pointing at Hill is an easy choice. He got torn up, missed several tackles. Goff isn't better than AAron Rodgers. AR is a SB winner and a sure fire first ballot HOFer. He is also 37 years old so a playoff game doesn't worry him. Goff is still on his way up. He is 26 and has won a ton of games in his short time, but he is still learning. It kind of upsets me that our posters blame him so. Let's see where Goff is at in 11 years. By then, maybe he will be better than today's AR. There is no question he should be our QB, although I did like the way his backup played when given the chance. QB is not our problem. We need a better OL, better LBs and a burner outside. I think McVay is also getting out coached come playoff time, but again he's in his early 30's and then HCs and he often goes up against more experienced HCs. Did we really think he was going to our coach Bellicheat? Probably he'll never get there at the cheater is for sure the GOAT HC. Despite the cheating he is way beyond anyone else. I'll take the McVay/Goff duo for the future. It looks bright.

The problem is NFL wide. 2-3 players can suck a team dry.

Yeah, our D was statistically rated #1 last year...
