Re: Why did McVay make ex-ST coach the asst HC?

There was a rumor on the comments section of The Athletic that he might have some health issues and that they don't want to fire him and have him lose his insurance. But that being said, he could have stayed on as a special consultant or somesuch and let the Asst Head Coach title go to someone more deserving. I guess if McVay falls down a crack in an earthquake, we have our new head coach all squared away.

(I'm not from LA, that happens in earthquakes, right?)
