To be fair, Kupp wasn't in the wins in '18 either, but that's a big weapon that was missing.

That's a fair point but it isn't like Goff is night and day different depending on Kupp being in the lineup. Goff had a SB caliber team in '18 and a no excuses team this year and he just hasn't show any signs of real improvement. Since the KC game in '18, he hasn't been the same and there really isn't an indicator that he will change in '21.
