Great post, Bearly. Gotta mull over some of your points.

Keep ‘em coming.

Thanks!

Long way of saying, are a lot of new coaches overrated because they have early success that is sometimes attributable to the person they replaced?

I've seen a lot of cases where a coach took over a full cupboard and made magic with it, only to plummet later because they were terrible at recruiting or teaching at a high-level or some other short coming.

Sean is not that luckily. Staley? Too early to tell. Martz? I suspect he was great at the offense but maybe bad at most other things?
