Agree the rams are good. I don't think all staff look at it the same way. See part 2 of the coaching series on types of coaches available.

I think you would be surprised how many teams fail at hiring (just like companies).

Easy to want your friends, associates, trusted henchmen etc. People that are very articulate interviewers often don't live up after hired.

How in the heck did McCarthy and Nolan make it to the cowboys? Cowboys are terrible at evaluating coaches and want guys with a pedigree even if their work doesn't merit.
