I think McVay finally realizes that Goff is too soft. He may be tough and willing to play hurt....his stats are deceiving....the biggest issue is taking those 4 sacks yesterday. He can at least attempt to throw the ball deep when it's 3rd and long. I personally think Goff doesn't have the arm strength to make a deep pass under duress to give his team a chance. All the other team has to do is send the blitz on the 3rd and long.....Goff fails......

He fails to convert most of the time on 3rd and long when the game is on the line in the 4th qtr. Rams need to find a replacement....I still think Wolford can unseat Goff next year as the starter unless that neck injury is career ending. Maybe they can trade Goff and Kupp and the 1st round pick in 2022 for Deshaun Watson.
