These kinds of stats might be fun, but the sample size is too small to make a correlation.
That said, I do think cold weather, outdoor teams do have a homefield advantage..... but it exists mentally and not in the physical nature of the athletes.
Anyone who has done anything competitively knows that if you think you have an advantage (and vice versa) then you do. If you think negative things are going to happen (and vice versa), they probably will.
So Goff or any NFL player can play is recent troubles reside.
BTW: I think he needs a sports psychologist more than he needs more football instruction.
