Mcvay did choose Goff twice. First when he decided to take the head coach gig with the rams and then again when they extended him. He didn't have to do either.
But let's say for the sake of argument they did trade him. Who is your qb? We don't have a first round pick and not enough cap space to a sign or trade for a veteran that you would be excited about.
I think you need to hope Jared gets back on track either Saturday or next year. Plus draft a guy in the middle rounds to compete with Jared and Wolford.
