with what McVay will do. And that is be cautious... that does seem to me his character... until the Arizona game that is, and he goes in with an untested, literally, QB and allows him to wing it. Not a lot... but I'm not sure it's the number as much as the type of passes. I'm sure he ran a 'controlled' game plan.. not sure it was a 'cautious' one.
