I don't mind a little relaxing of the rules...

in close games and with the clock winding down. I don't mean by that 'completely ignoring' the rules.... but I think a 'close call' not flagged is a better option than 'officials decided the game'.

For the most part I think that 'unwritten rule' is adhered too.... but certainly not always. - JamesJM
