and it has zip to do with QB, D or even O performance. It's about the refs. Are they going to be calling PI every other play when Ramsey is going up on Adams? (Or for that matter anyone in our backend) Are they going to have those hankey's in their hand to throw at a moments thought? Will they let these teams play the game, or will the try and micro manage it and ruin the rhythm of the game.
IMO it's really sad when you have to consider how the refs can/could control outcomes of what could/would be a decent battle of strengths......Hope they let our D play and not neuter them.
But of course as we have seen throughout the season those are things to expect, but I will hope out for a change of scenery (less yellow on the field).
Guarantee rodgers will get more of the calls his way and he will lobby for them. Our qbs don't do a good enough job of lobbying for calls either.
