It's not just the plays he makes, it's how often he's double (or triple) teamed compared to how often Fox is. When the other team commits 2 or 3 blockers to Donald then they have fewer guys left to deal with the remaining 10 guys on defense ... and other guys make plays as a result. Fox doesn't have that impact.
