If this is a Goff vs Wolford thing you'll like this part... because I also think Goff has done things 'in the past' to make him the guy... and that's no small thing. He has experience, as you state, and not 'just' experience but 'successful' experience... that's VERY key.
But my issue is, as you have no doubt guessed, this isn't "Goff of the past"... some of that the 'thumb', or at least I believe so... but also... he's in a bad slump. No way is this the Goff that took us to the SB... even though he didn't quite, the running game did at crunch time, but he did help, a lot.
It's nothing to do with 'liking Wolford or Goff".. it's to do with liking the Rams. I think Goff DID do things to at least consider he is not the guy... in that it was what he did NOT do. I think he has a very good excuse, actually.. but that doesn't matter.. it's playoffs time. Thumb or not... he's not on his game. And GOOD LORD that doesn't mean I think Wolford is... I have no idea what this guy is other than the 'energy' and 'running ability' which is GREAT but NO, I don't think that alone is enough....
Now NONE of that makes me think you're opinion "wrong"... I don't know.. I just think the evidence indicates Wolford, you think Goff... and we both think.. whomever just win.

At least if I am the HC.
I like The Wolfman a lot but Goff has proven in the past that he can win playoff games. On the road. Under the pressure of having to lead your team on scoring drive.
Yesterday he did nothing to lose his job.
Go Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
