Goff before used to draw safeties away with his eyes and used to be very good going through progressions.

Since 2019 he seems to lock on more and seems slower to me at going through progressions. I see him over thinking or trying to make proof positive it's open or there are no ghost MLBs/SAFs lurking.

My point was just that running is not really a thought until his throwing options are eliminated in his mind. He is not terrible at it when he commits to running just like on designed rollouts.

That awful pick against Seattle was him trying to float a cute play to Woods instead of taking his scramble 5 more yards.
