Brees is another elite pocket passer as was Manning.
Goff is not a statue like Brady/Brees. He is an OK scrambler when he decides to run.
The problem is he wants to go through all 4 progressions before he will decide to run. Wilson is kind of like that as well and takes a ton of sacks for it.
Conversation on this stuff is so all over the map.
I read some (not here) who said, the difference between Wolford and Goff is the Wolford actually goes through his progressions.
