Goff is not a statue like Brady/Brees. He is an OK scrambler when he decides to run.

The problem is he wants to go through all 4 progressions before he will decide to run. Wilson is kind of like that as well and takes a ton of sacks for it.

I think Goff's issue is he takes forever to go through his progressions if he ever does. Much of the time it doesn't look like Goff is going through progressions. McVay mentioned this in one of his press conferences.
