Agree and who would you rather have?

When you say the coach doesn't have a clue and should be on the hot seat - who do you think we can get that's an upgrade in 2021? Cause we all know coaching hires are a sure thing. That's why there are so many positions turned over every year, right? And it's easy to replicate years of success by one coach - ala Mike Tomlin, Bellicheck, etc.
