UNDEFEATED when leading at the Half.
3 out of 4 years to the playoffs!
He's changed our culture in to a WINNING CULTURE! There should be no Ram Fan out there that does not have a big smile on their face knowing we have a great HC! And this team is going to be a contender each and every year because our HC is all about "WE NOT ME!"
