(On how he is feeling at this point)
“I feel great. It's been a fun journey for me getting to this point. It's a lot of hard work and I'm confident in the time I've spent that has gotten me here and I'm confident in my capabilities as a player.
So, I know I can spin it, I know I can make the throws, then mentally it's about making the right decisions, giving us the best chance to win. So, I'm confident going into this week. I'm glad that the teams rallying around me. It'll be fun.
(On has he been able to get any sleep)
“I feel good. I've been sleeping fine. The first night I found out, I slept a little bit less than normal, but I think sleep is super important. I read a book called “
Why We sleep” (By Matthew Walker). You guys should read it if you haven't read it and if you're not avid sleepers. So, I'm always trying to get my sleep.”
He's not lacking in confidence and its fascinating to me that he read "Why We Sleep", a book I read last year because I heard Bill Gates talking about it. You read that book and you will totally change the way you think about sleep and how it affects everything you do.
So he's confident, can throw, the team is rallying around him and he is getting sleep!?
Cardinals are going to get torched!
