He's been coaching in the NFL since 2010, been an OC for both Washington and our Rams, and a HC since 2017. Dude has gone from a genius / football savant here to people making excuses for his age and experience. I didn't see a lot of hand wringing in 2018 other than who we were going to compare him to...Walsh or Belichick.
