I think Goff is who Goff is. Seems like he is all or nothing. How he starts is usually the tone for the rest or most of the game.
I sometimes wish McVay would let GOFF call plays, sorta like Manning did. See if that would up his comfort zone. But... I think McVay whispering in his ear till the play clock is fading from 1 to zero is also what the O is and will be.
Blue bit. No he has had games where he came back from a rough start or a rough middle. For that matter he has started well in games and then hit a rough patch (like Miami). It's just not all that cut-n-dried.
Red bit. I don't think the Rams have done the "McVay talking in his ear" thing at all this year by the way.
