Examples include the following:

Salary cap.
Inverse draft order each year.
Inverse strength of scheduling. (4th place schedule plays 4th place schedule, etc.)
Sharing TV revenue equally.

All good for the league, the teams, and the fans.

But to flagrantly ignore fouls against superstars in plain view? That’s just wrong. I don’t think that that is debatable.

Now, I realize that they can’t slow the game by throwing flags on every play, but certainly flagrant fouls like that chokehold in the end zone in front of Gawd and everybody? C’mon...

If that isn’t a penalty deserving play then I don’t know what is.

It’s obscene to see a star QB draw a flag when barely getting brushed while AD is being mugged in plain view. This is not that darned complicated, dammit!
