If Staley gets an NFL head coaching offer he can't pass up, he would likely raid some of the current Rams assistant coaches and promote them to higher positions for more pay.

What current assistant coaches on the Rams 2020 staff would he offer to be his defensive coordinator or offensive coordinator? Or just to join his new regime?

Think about it.

Staley knows the Rams current coaching staff inside out by now.

Common sense says he would probably take 2 or three of them with him if he can get his new boss to pay them more than what the Rams are willing to pay them.

Just a thought. and a realistic one imo..
